Digital Maruthi Driving School (DMDS)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Digital Maruthi Driving School (“DMDS”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By visiting our website, contacting us, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

Minimum Age:

• 18 years for two-wheeler training

• 18 years for four-wheeler training

You must be legally eligible to apply for a Learner Licence (LLR) or Driving Licence (DL) under Indian law.

By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and genuine.

2. Course Enrolment & Validity

• Course enrolment is confirmed only after registration and payment.

• All courses have a validity of 6 months from the date of enrolment.

• Classes must be completed within the validity period; unused classes will lapse.

3. Fees & Payments

• • All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • RTO charges are separate and payable as applicable.

  • Payments may be collected offline at our branches, online via UPI, or via debit/credit card by sharing the official payment QR code directly with the student.

  • We do not accept payments directly through the website payment gateway.

  • Payments must be made only through official Digital Maruthi Driving School payment methods; we are not responsible for payments made to personal employee accounts.

  • If a learner chooses night classes, payment for those classes will be made directly to the instructor.

4. Licence Assistance (LLR / DL)

• DMDS assists students with Learner Licence (LLR) and Driving Licence (DL) processes.

• Final approval, delays, or rejections are entirely under the authority of the Regional Transport Office (RTO).

• DMDS does not guarantee licence approval.

• Students must submit correct and valid documents on time.

• Any delay due to missing, incorrect, or invalid documents is the student’s responsibility.

5. Training Rules

• On-road training will be conducted only after obtaining a valid Learner Licence (LLR).

• Conducting on-road classes without LLR/DL is illegal; DMDS is not responsible for interruptions caused due to non-compliance.

• Training schedules are subject to instructor availability, traffic conditions, weather, and operational requirements.

• Students must strictly follow instructor instructions and traffic rules.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Provide genuine and accurate information

• Submit required documents on time

• Maintain discipline during training

• Avoid alcohol, drugs, inappropriate dress, and unsafe behaviour during classes

• Respect instructors, vehicles, and school property

DMDS reserves the right to discontinue training for misconduct without any refund.

7. Royal Course / Pickup & Drop

• Pickup and drop services are limited to within a 3 km radius.

• Night classes and Royal Courses are subject to availability and safety conditions.

• Routes and timings may be adjusted for safety or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Driving training involves inherent risks; students participate at their own risk.

• DMDS shall not be liable for:

  • RTO delays or rejections

  • Accidents caused by student negligence

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

The maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the course fee paid by the student.

9. Website & Advertising

• Website content is for general informational purposes only.

• Images, videos, testimonials, and training visuals may be used for marketing and advertising unless the student explicitly objects in writing.

• We may use cookies and tracking tools (such as Meta Pixel) to improve website performance and advertising effectiveness.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the property of DMDS.

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

11. Termination of Services

DMDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:

• False information or documents are provided

• There is a violation of these Terms

• There is misconduct or unsafe behaviour

12. Modifications

• DMDS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
